It started with web development. Over a decade ago we began building digital presence for businesses — websites, landing pages, and early e-commerce systems. But we quickly realized that a beautiful website alone doesn't grow a business. So we went deeper. We began integrating apps, CRMs, and third-party software to build what we called martech stacks — marketing technology systems that connected a business's tools into one coordinated operation.

We were connecting Salesforce to Mailchimp to HubSpot before most small businesses even knew those tools existed. Then automation changed everything. As AI and advanced coding capabilities evolved, we started writing code that could do the work itself. Scripts that followed up with leads. Bots that booked appointments. Pipelines that updated CRMs without anyone touching a keyboard.

The work was still manual to build — but the output was fully automated. When large language models arrived, everything accelerated.
